Affair Recovery

An 8-week program to heal the wound of betrayal and rebuild something steadier than what stood before.

For couples ready to do the deep work of healing together.

You’re Not Alone in This

Discovering an affair breaks something open. Trust, safety, the story you told yourself about your life, all of it fractured at once. The pain feels like too much. The future feels impossible.

And the questions have no easy answers. Can trust be rebuilt? Will this pain ever ease? Is staying together even possible?

Most couples therapy works on communication and surface repair. Real recovery asks for something deeper: healing the wounds and patterns underneath, the ones that shaped how you got here and whether you can truly heal from it.

The Affair Recovery Method

An approach that meets betrayal at the root, holding space for both the one who was hurt and the one who caused it.

Weekly Sessions

Eight guided sessions over Zoom, walking you through each phase of healing together.

Support Between Sessions

Email check-ins, so the hard moments don't have to wait until next week.

When You Need It

Direct support for the moments that ask for it most during tender stretches.

8-Week Program Structure

Week 1-2

Safety & Ground

First, we make it safe to be honest again, and begin to see the deeper patterns that brought you here.

Week 3-4

Deep Healing

We meet the pain directly, and release the shame, blame, and fear at the root, not just the surface.

Week 5-6

Rebuilding Trust

New ways of speaking and being heard. Real honesty, and the slow return of closeness.

Week 7-8

Integration & Forward

Letting the new patterns settle, and building something steadier than what stood before.

Is This Program Right for You?

This is for you if:

  • Both of you are committed to healing
  • You're willing to do deep, honest work, even when it's hard
  • You want to reach the root, not just the symptoms
  • You're ready to be open and truthful with each other
  • You can give it eight consecutive weeks

This isn’t the time if:

  • The affair is still ongoing
  • One partner isn't willing to take part
  • You're hoping for a quick fix or a shortcut
  • Active addiction needs care first
  • You're not ready to look at your own patterns
